Recreation Partnership

The Recreation Partnership is a collaboration between municipalities whose goals are to responsibly use public funds to help support recreation programs and teach the skills that help our children grow into healthy adults.  Groton has partnered with the City of Ithaca, Village of Lansing, and Towns of Caroline, Danby, Dryden, Enfield, and Ithaca, which entitles you to participate in programs at a lesser cost if you live in one of these municipalities.  Programs are offered through the Ithaca Youth Bureau Recreation Department.
