​ The Town Board of the Town of Groton will receive sealed bids on the entry renovation contract until noon on June 27, 2025, at the Groton Town Hall, 101 Conger Boulevard, Groton, New York. Specifically, the Town is seeking renovations to the front entry of the Town Municipal Building. The Town will require from the successful bidder a satisfactory performance bond for 10% of the contract amount.
All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at a regular meeting of the Town Board on July 8, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. at the Groton Town Hall, 101 Conger Boulevard, Groton, New York.
The bid package for this contract may be obtained by contacting Robin Cargian, Town Clerk, or Ellard Keister, Highway Superintendent at 101 Conger Boulevard, Groton, New York, (phone number 607-898-5035, 607-898-3110) beginning June 10, 2025.
The Town Board of the Town of Groton reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
